Interactive Design
Your architect works to your brief. Domoa ensures that brief includes the performance specifications that define a wellness residence, thermal envelope targets, air quality standards, circadian lighting parameters, biophilic integration, and 3DCP design-for-print optimisation.
Whether your project is a ground-up Good Class Bungalow or a high-specification renovation, this phase delivers a complete, build-ready architectural package that aligns design intent with wellness outcomes, structural requirements, and regulatory compliance from the outset.

Permitting & Regulatory
Domoa coordinates directly with Singapore's regulatory authorities to ensure your project meets all code, zoning, and compliance requirements, including BCA submissions and the TR 146:2025 framework for 3D concrete printing.
We prepare and manage the full permit package, resolve technical questions early, and keep your project moving toward construction.

Documentation
We produce and coordinate all detailed drawings, specifications, and technical data needed for tendering, trade coordination, and construction a clear, build-ready documents that align design intent with print requirements and wellness performance targets.
Every specification is reviewed against your brief. Every material schedule is verified for wellness compliance. The goal is zero ambiguity on site so that when construction begins, every trade knows exactly what is expected and every performance target is embedded in the documentation.

Site Prep
Domoa prepares the project for a seamless start to construction coordinating utilities, grading, foundation preparation, and all ground conditions required for 3DCP printing. We manage trade sequencing and site access to ensure the build begins on schedule and to specification.
Simultaneously, we verify that your general contractor and all specialist consultants are fully briefed, contractually aligned, and ready to deliver to the standards your project demands.

Printing + Construction
The robotic 3D concrete printing phase brings the design to life layer by layer, curve by curve. Domoa coordinates print sequencing, material delivery, structural verification, and quality assurance to ensure each layer meets millimetre-level precision and full compliance with TR 146:2025.
This phase transforms a prepared site into a fully printed structure. The geometries that conventional formwork cannot achieve are delivered with zero mould waste and structural integrity validated at every stage. Simultaneously, MEP rough-in, structural steelwork, and envelope preparation proceed in coordinated sequence.

Finishing & QA
Domoa coordinates all interior and exterior finishing trades from high-performance windows and airtight membrane installation through to circadian lighting commissioning, biophilic integration, MEP fit-out, and landscaping.
Every element is verified against the original wellness brief. Air quality is measured. Thermal performance is tested. The Passive House blower door test confirms envelope integrity. Living systems are commissioned. The home is handed over when every specification has been met and every wellness outcome has been validated.
