Who We Are

Domoa Development is Singapore’s first company dedicated to integrating large-scale 3D printing into luxury real-estate development.

We are a next-generation real estate development company dedicated to creating resorts that inspire well-being and respect the environment.

Our focus is on wellness-centered design and sustainable construction methods, combining visionary architecture with advanced 3D-printing technology to redefine how resorts are conceived and built.

Our role is to bring together the right landowners, investors, and hospitality brands to transform unique sites into innovative, future-ready destinations.

By leveraging faster, more precise, and lower-impact construction techniques, we shorten development timelines, reduce waste, and create spaces that invite people to reconnect with nature and themselves.

Founder’s Note

“I founded this company with a simple conviction: resorts should be built for the future — in harmony with the environment and in service of human well-being.

After studying hospitality and law, and exploring real estate across Southeast Asia, I saw the limitations of traditional development models. They were often slow, resource-intensive, and lacked a deeper purpose.

I believe that innovative building technology and wellness-oriented design can transform not only the way resorts look, but the way they feel — and the value they deliver to guests, investors, and local communities.

Our mission is simple — to redefine luxury through technology and wellness.”
