1. DESIGN – From Concept to Code

Every Domoa project begins with a fully digital design workflow that transforms architectural intent into print-ready geometry.

    • Design Platforms: CAD/BIM models are created.

    • Optimization: Our engineering team adjusts wall thicknesses, corner radii, and structural cavities to comply with 3D-printing design rules.

    • Integration: Window and door openings, lintel geometries, and MEP recesses are embedded directly into the model.

    • Software: Our software Slicer converts 3D geometry into precise layer-by-layer toolpaths in order to estimate time, material, and cost.

      This stage ensures printability, printing time estimate and costs estimates before any work begins on-site.

2. PRINT – Building the Structure, Layer by Layer

Our gantry-style modular printer constructs full-scale villas and multi-storey buildings directly on-site.


    • Print Envelope: Up to 14.6 m × 8.1 m, extendable through modular rails.

    • Performance: Prints 2,000 sqft in less than a month, up to 7.2 m³/hour material flow, with 5 mm precision.

    • Wall Options: Single solid, double cavity (for insulation or reinforcement), or “snake” curved configurations for enhanced strength and fluid design.

    • Concrete Mix: Locally sourced CEM II cement optimized for early-strength, pumpability, and tropical climates.

    • Sustainability: 25 – 30 % less material waste, and walls ready for slab installation within 24 hours.


      Laser alignment and sensor feedback guarantee structural accuracy, while the automated system minimizes human error and labor intensity.

3. ASSEMBLE – Hybrid Craftsmanship

    • Structural Integration: Beams, slabs, roofs, and finishes are installed over the printed shell.

    • MEP Coordination: Electrical conduits and plumbing risers are pre-embedded between cavity walls, avoiding drilling or wall-chasing.

    • Versatile Systems: Works seamlessly with cast-in-situ, precast, filigree, composite, or steel-deck slabs.


      This hybrid model leverages the speed and precision of automation with the craftsmanship of traditional building, resulting in resilient, high-quality structures delivered up to 50 % faster than conventional construction.
